TOM BACHMAN
Oregon Youth Alive Director
Tom Bachman has been a Youth Alive missionary in Oregon for over 30 years. He is the founder of Youth Alive in the state and one of the founding national members. His heart for students led him to work towards building up a generation that would reach our world for Christ.
He has been in ministry for over 35 years and married to his beautiful wife, Dalleen, since 1984. They have 3 grown, married children: Jessica, Samantha and Jon. He also is a grandpa to 6 grandbabies! He enjoys boating, golfing, Duck games at Autzen, and traveling with his wife.

BRITTANY DUNN
Oregon Youth Alive Assistant Director & OYAMA Director
Daimian Dunn has been a part of Youth Alive since 2007, first as a student and now as a Mission Associate. He is the Director of OYAMA, Compass, & the Youth Alive Academic Collective. He is a 2010 graduate of our OYAMA program, and also a graduate of Northwest University. His wife, Brittany, is also a graduate of Northwest and is the Program Assistant, serves as a teacher and coach within our Youth Alive Colleges, & handles all media and social media.
Daimian and Brittany have been married since 2010. They enjoy football, basketball (Brittany has coached for 10 years), board games, disc golfing, spending time with family & friends, movies, and traveling.
MATT & CARLEE NOVAK
Mission Associate of Outreach & Events
Matt and Carlee have been married since 2009 and have two children, Max & Szofia. They have served in ministry for 20 years & currently serve at Crossroads Church in Forest Grove as Staff Pastors while also serving with Youth Alive. In addition, they are the Fine Arts Coordinators for the state of Oregon.
They like to travel, spend time on adventures with their kids, being in community with others, and Matt is a huge sports fan (and sports podcaster!).
