The purpose of Teen Encounter is to build unity and relationship between peers, leaders, and God. It is a progressive journey throughout the weekend which ends with an amazing Christ encounter. It's a 28 hour lock-in facilitated by Tom Bachman & is billed as the greatest gift a Youth Leader can give his/her Youth Group.
